Follow-ups and the pipeline
Reminders for quotations that have gone quiet and payments that are due, and how the pipeline view works.
Last updated 15 October 2026
Follow-ups are dated reminders attached to a customer, a quotation or an invoice. You create them; Proposora keeps them in front of you.
Creating and completing
- Add a follow-up with a due date and a note from the Follow-ups page or from a customer or document.
- A follow-up is Pending until its date, Overdue after it, and Done when you mark it done.
- Delete a follow-up that is no longer needed. Done follow-ups stay in the list for reference.
The pipeline
The pipeline view groups quotations into columns by status: Draft, Sent, Viewed, Accepted, Rejected, Expired, Invoiced. Totals per column show the value at each stage. Status moves as events happen; there is nothing to drag.
A simple routine
Open Follow-ups each morning, clear the Overdue list first, then look at Sent and Viewed quotations in the pipeline that have no follow-up and add one. Ten minutes a day keeps nothing from going quiet.
