Prices are in INR and exclusive of GST. Introductory prices are honoured for the period shown on your invoice.
What every plan includes
The quotation and estimate builder, the GST engine with CGST/SGST and IGST, private costs and margin view, PDF download, share links with online acceptance, invoices created from accepted quotations, customer records and follow-up reminders. Plans differ in volume and finish, not in whether the core works.
How to think about the tiers
Free is for occasional quotes: a handful a month, basic PDFs with a small Proposora line in the footer, the basic template set and a small monthly AI allowance. Pro is for a business that quotes every week: branded PDFs with your logo and colours, the advanced template set, more AI generations, CRM and follow-up tools and a larger monthly quotation capacity. Business adds team collaboration, advanced reporting, approval workflows as they become available, and priority support for operations with several people quoting.
The Founders' Offer in detail
Every organisation that registers between 16 October 2026 and 15 January 2027 gets 90 days of promotional access from activation. It includes branded PDFs, the advanced template set, two team seats, 200 MB of storage, unlimited quotations subject to fair use and 30 AI generations across the 90 days. No card is taken. When the 90 days end, the account moves to the Free plan and nothing is charged. The offer is per organisation, once.
Manual billing during launch
We have deliberately not connected automatic card billing yet. When you choose a paid plan and a number of months, the app shows UPI and bank transfer details and the amount. You pay, enter the transaction reference and optionally attach proof. We verify and activate within one business day, and the Billing page shows the plan as active with its end date. Continuing works the same way; if you do not pay for a further period, the account moves to Free with your data intact. Full details are in the billing help article.
