Is Proposora free to use?

Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and includes the quotation builder, GST calculations, basic PDFs and a small monthly AI allowance. Businesses that register before 15 January 2027 also get the Founders' Offer: 90 days of promotional access with branded PDFs, advanced templates and 30 AI generations, with no card required.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. There is no card on file at any point. Paid plans are billed manually during launch: you pay by UPI or bank transfer and we activate the plan within one business day. Nothing is ever charged automatically.

How does GST work in a quotation?

You choose a GST slab per line item (0, 5, 12, 18 or 28 percent) and whether the supply is within your state or inter-state. Proposora splits the tax into CGST and SGST, or IGST, and shows the breakdown on the document. Prices can be tax-exclusive or tax-inclusive.

What does the AI actually do?

It drafts the written parts of a proposal — scope, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, schedule and terms — from your requirement and your industry template, and can suggest line items. It never calculates totals and never invents credentials, past projects or prices. Where a fact is missing, it inserts a marked placeholder for you to complete.

Can customers accept a quotation online?

Yes. Share a private link and the customer sees a web version of the document, can download the PDF, and can accept or decline with an optional note. You are notified and the quotation status updates automatically.

Where is my data stored?

In a managed Postgres database on Supabase with row-level security, so each business can only ever see its own data. We do not sell data. You can export your data or ask us to delete your account at any time.
