Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you (the person or business using Proposora) and AATTRL, India (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them. They are written to be read, not skimmed; where we could say something simply, we did.

1. The service

Proposora is web software for creating quotations, estimates, proposals and invoices, sharing them with customers, recording acceptance and managing follow-ups. It includes an AI writing assistant. We may add, change or retire features; we will give reasonable notice of changes that remove something you rely on.

2. Accounts and organisations

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• An organisation's owner is responsible for members they invite and for the organisation's compliance with these terms.
• You may not create accounts by automated means or to evade limits.

3. Plans, billing and the Founders' Offer

• The Free plan costs nothing and has volume limits shown on the pricing page.
• Paid plans (Pro, Business) are priced in INR, exclusive of GST, at the prices shown when you order. Introductory prices may change with notice; the price on an invoice is honoured for the period it covers.
• Billing is manual during launch. You choose a plan and a number of months, pay by UPI or bank transfer and give us the transaction reference; we activate the plan within one business day of verifying payment and the Billing page shows it as active. We do not store card details and nothing is charged automatically. Plans do not auto-renew; if you do not pay for a further period, the account moves to Free at the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: if the service was unavailable for a material part of a paid period through our fault, we will extend the period or refund the unused portion on request.
• Founders' Offer: organisations registering between 16 October 2026 and 15 January 2027 receive 90 days of promotional access from activation with the features described on the pricing page, including 30 AI generations. No card is required. At the end of the 90 days the organisation moves to the Free plan and nothing is charged. One offer per organisation; we may refuse or revoke it for abuse.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Proposora for anything unlawful, including fraudulent quotations or invoices;
• upload malware, or attempt to access other organisations' data or our systems;
• send spam or unsolicited messages using share links or emails from the service;
• resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement;
• use automated means to exceed fair-use limits, including on the public demo.

We may suspend accounts that breach these rules, after notice where practical.

5. Your content

You own the documents, data and files you create or upload. You grant us a licence to store, process, render and transmit them solely to provide the service, including to the customers you share them with. You are responsible for the accuracy of your documents and for having the right to enter data about your customers. We may remove content that breaks the law or these terms.

6. AI output

The AI copilot drafts text and suggests items based on what you provide. It is a writing aid, not professional, legal, tax or engineering advice. It does not compute prices or totals, and where it lacks facts it inserts placeholders for you to complete. You must review every draft before sending it. We are not liable for decisions made on unreviewed AI output. Generations are limited per plan and may be rate-limited to keep the service fair.

7. Templates and sample data

Industry templates, sample items and the public demo contain illustrative text, quantities and prices, clearly labelled as such. They are not market rates or professional advice. Edit them before use.

8. Tax documents

Proposora computes GST according to the rates and supply type you choose and prints the GSTIN and details you enter. It does not validate GSTINs, file returns, generate e-invoice IRNs or give tax advice. You remain responsible for the correctness and statutory compliance of documents you issue.

9. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with notice where possible. Support is by email through the contact page; priority support applies to the Business plan. We are not responsible for failures of third-party services (hosting, email, AI provider) beyond our control, though we will work to restore service.

10. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. It forms part of these terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using Proposora at any time and request deletion of your account from Settings; we complete deletion requests within 7 days. We may terminate or suspend for material breach or legal requirement. Before deletion you may export your data as an instant JSON download from Settings → Profile; after deletion we erase it as described in the privacy policy.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Proposora is provided “as is”, and our total liability to you for any claim in a 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in that period (or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version with its date and notify account owners by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in the city where AATTRL is registered have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have elsewhere.
