Billing, plans and the Founders' Offer

Proposora has three plans: Free (₹0), Pro (₹1,999 per month, introductory) and Business (₹4,999 per month, introductory). Prices are exclusive of GST. During launch, billing is manual.

The Founders' Offer

• Who: every organisation registering between 16 October 2026 and 15 January 2027.
• What: 90 days of promotional access from activation with branded PDFs, advanced templates, two team seats, 200 MB storage, unlimited quotations subject to fair use and 30 AI generations across the period.
• Card: none is taken.
• After: the account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is charged. Data stays.
• Once per organisation.

Paying for Pro or Business

1. Open Billing and choose a plan and the number of months (1 to 12).
2. You see UPI and bank transfer details and the amount for that period.
3. Pay, then enter the UPI or bank transaction reference. You can attach a screenshot or receipt as proof.
4. We verify and activate within one business day. The Billing page shows the plan as active with its end date.
5. The plan runs for the paid period. If you do not pay for a further period before it ends, the account moves to Free with your data intact.

Nothing is charged automatically. There is no card on file and no automatic renewal; each period is a separate manual payment.

Limits and usage

The usage page shows quotations this month, AI generations used and remaining, storage, seats and the end date of your current period or offer. When a limit is reached, the related action explains what to do.

Changing or cancelling

Upgrade at any time; the new period starts on activation. To cancel, simply do not pay for another period. Moving to a lower plan never deletes data; features beyond the new plan's limits become read-only until you are within limits.
